Business has certainly started to pick up. We are seeing more offers and showings on our listings than we have in the past 6 months. The Wilmington NC real estate market is picking up. I had time to take my boy to the beach for a quick breather. Apparently the wind was busy as well.

Economists expected the National Association of Realtors to report existing home sales fell in February to the lowest in at least nine years.
